NOISY Armstrong Laminate Flooring continues, you have to watch and READ to believe this.....

This is to continue from the video I just posted. I am angry beyond words. I just looked online to see if I have the most current Armstrong brochure, and I do, and I downloaded it. If you want to look at it, go to the Armstrong flooring site, type brochure in search, look at the laminate brochure, and look at pages 17 and 23. We ordered from page 23, there are no words to express how angry I am right now.

The problems just get deeper and deeper, with my flooring. I was just on the phone for over an hour, with my salesrep/installer. He called Armstrong today, to the tech department in Lancaster, and found out that the Armalock system was discontinued on this flooring, in April of this year. All the printed brochures available in showrooms, and the online brochure, (at least it was there as of 5 minutes ago, but I downloaded and printed it too) for laminate, list the flooring I ordered, as Armalock. I would not have ordered another lock and fold product, at all, and I ordered based on all current information from Armstrong. Isn't there a saying that insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result....well, I am not insane, and did not order the same thing expecting a different result. Armstrong has changed the installation or locking system, however you want to describe it, and I as a consumer, depended on the current available information. I am now going to rip up another squeaky cracking floor, and go to a different company. If I had had the correct information, I would not have ordered Armstrong again, at all. To say I am angry, is just putting it nicely. I am beyond, and everyone had better start verifying they are getting what they think they are ordering.
